This policy explains how Haven Resale ("we") handles the information you give us. Last updated September 2026.
When you submit a form (price list, valuation, construction updates, contact or a request for the private walkthrough), we collect the details you provide, typically your name and WhatsApp number, and any message or property details you add.
We use your details only to respond to your request: to send the information you asked for (prices, valuation, updates, video) and to follow up about Haven by Aldar resale opportunities. We do not sell your data.
By providing your WhatsApp number you agree we may contact you there and by email in connection with your enquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying "stop" or emailing us.
We do not share your information with third parties except where needed to progress a transaction you have asked us to help with (for example a conveyancer or trustee office), or where required by law.
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to help you and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations, then delete them.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email hello@havenresale.com.
Haven Resale is an independent resale and market-data service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Aldar Properties. "Haven" and "Aldar" are referenced only to describe the community we operate in.
