Haven by Aldar Construction Update, September 2026

We track Haven's build every month using the developer's footage and the Government of Dubai's independent RERA progress reports, so owners and buyers get the honest picture, not marketing.

Is Haven on time? Yes. As of the latest RERA inspection (28 Jul 2026), all three Haven phases are audited as "Main Contract - Progressing." Enabling and foundation works are complete across the community, structures are rising, and Phase 3 is already at an advanced structural stage. Handover remains on schedule for Q3 2027.
