Haven Resale is an independent resale and market-data service focused entirely on Haven by Aldar in Dubailand. We are a licensed real-estate team working the Haven secondary market, and we are not affiliated with Aldar Properties.

We started this because buyers and owners kept asking the same questions the developer and the portals wouldn't answer straight: what does it actually cost, what is it reselling for, and is construction really on time? So we publish the real answers, original prices from the transaction record, resale premiums, and independent Government of Dubai / RERA construction progress, updated every month.

On the transaction side we hold a private list of resale and off-market units, match buyers to the right home, and handle the full resale process, including units that can be sold before handover. Owners come to us for honest valuations based on live comparables, not guesswork.
