Haven by Aldar payment plan, and what a resale really costs
Haven runs a 60/40 plan: 60 percent across construction, 40 percent on handover. On a resale you reimburse the seller what they've paid plus their premium, cover the transfer costs, then take over the remaining instalments. Use the calculator to see the real numbers on any unit.
