Haven by Aldar handover date: is it on time?
The short answer: yes. Haven is scheduled for Q3 2027, and as of the latest independent Government of Dubai / RERA inspection (28 July 2026) all three phases are audited as progressing on schedule.
Estimated handover: 30 September 2027 (Q3 2027).
On track. Foundations are complete across the community, structures are rising, and Phase 3 is already at an advanced structural stage. Aldar has publicly reiterated its 2027 delivery programme, and the independent RERA reports back it up on the ground. We update this monthly, so if anything slips, you'll see it here first.

Is Haven by Aldar delayed?
No delay has been reported. The latest independent RERA inspection (28 July 2026) audits all three phases as "Main Contract, Progressing," consistent with the Q3 2027 programme.
Can I sell my Haven unit before handover?
Yes. Off-plan units can be resold (assigned) before completion, subject to the developer's transfer process and a minimum paid percentage. We handle the whole thing.
What is the payment plan?
